The project Movbio - Mobilization of biomass of pruning for energy recovery took place between June 2017 and December 2019, aiming at the energy recovery of biomass resulting from pruning activities on the Portuguese-Spanish border and which is not used in a systematic way.

Among the dissemination events organized within the scope of Movbio, the workshop for the presentation of the project in national territory, which took place on January 19, 2018, in the Auditorium of the Municipal Chamber of Vila Verde stands out.

The event program included both communications about the project and technical information on pruning, as well as a practical field session.

Movbio was co-financed by the European Union through the ERDF, under the INTERREG V-A Spain - Portugal (POCTEP) 2014-2020 Program.
